My Coaching Process

Coaching is a journey because we are complicated beings with dynamic needs. It takes time to explore the situations and opportunities, thus creating lasting change and unleashing our true power.


Before our initial session, I will ask you to complete a personal health inventory where we assess your current, holistic impression of yourself. During this session, we will thoroughly assess your current lifestyle, concerns, and goals. This allows us to create a personalized plan tailored specifically to your needs.


During our intermediate sessions, we'll build upon your past experiences, successes and challenges. We'll experiment with effective strategies and make adjustments as needed. I'll ensure you stay accountable to your goals, offering support and guidance throughout the process. You'll also receive helpful resources, and customized educational materials that align with your specific objectives.


In the closing session, we will assess your progress together. You will leave with valuable recommendations to maintain the achievements you have made, ensuring a lifetime of good health!
